1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you experience a genuine problem with your membership, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This applies if:

  • The membership or account is not accessible to you.
  • Video lessons or download links are broken or not working.
  • The product is materially not as described.

To request a refund, email support@aiproducts.online within 14 days of your charge and describe the issue. We will either fix the problem promptly or issue a full refund of your most recent payment.

3. Cancel anytime to avoid future charges

4. Avoiding the renewal charge

If you do not wish to continue after the 3-day trial, cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged the $49/month fee.
